Expert Witness Services
PVA Technical File Services specialise in providing expert opinion
in cases where product failure has occurred.
Our specialism is in the field of motorcycle clothing (where Paul
Varnsverry has an "Expert Advisor" rating under his British
Accreditation Bureau "Certified Practitioner" status) where we have
assisted a number of clients in identifying the cause of failure of
clothing products, although we can consider requests for assistance on
other product types.
Our services extend from examination of a product and preparation
of a "Product evaluation report", to attending Court hearings as
"expert witnesses".
We are also listed to undertake “Single Joint Expert” work.
